Today we went to pick strawberries. Ben and I can't remember the last time we did this, and for Karis it was a first. She really enjoyed helping out as we picked away... about 4.5 lbs.Karis took this picture.
This picture was taken as we rode back to pay for our berries. It rained a little so we got a little muddy. We think it was worth it. We made strawberry shortcake tonight, and put some of the berries in the freezer. Tomorrow is strawberry pie day!
